Students must pay fees according to the payment schedule communicated at admission. Please retain payment receipts and transaction references for future enquiries.
Receipts and official transaction IDs must be retained as proof of payment for course admissions, examination bookings, and administrative verification.
Students must follow the course schedule, attendance requirements, institute rules, and safety instructions. Students must treat trainers, staff, fellow students, equipment, and facilities respectfully.
Any attendance, assessment, or examination requirements relevant to course completion or certification will be communicated for the selected programme.
IIWC may need to change training schedules or arrangements. Affected students will be informed of changes and available options.
Eligibility for examinations and certification depends on the requirements of the selected programme and, where applicable, the relevant external examination or certification body.
Students who have not attended any session of their enrolled course may request a full refund.
Students who attend part of a course and discontinue midway are not eligible for a refund for voluntary withdrawal. However, they may attend the same course in a future batch without paying the course fee again. Students should contact the admissions team to arrange their return.
